The long-anticipated first game of the year turned out to be a thrilling encounter, though ultimately, the B team fell short with a narrow 3:4 defeat. The early moments of the match saw the league leaders surge ahead with a 2-0 lead within the first 12 minutes, thanks to a combination of bad luck and defensive errors.  Kohoutovice continued to launch long balls, but most were quickly cleared away by the defense, led by Michal, who was playing only his second game for the club after a seven-month absence.

Few would have predicted the B team would fight back so soon, but the next few minutes were a delight for supporters (according to an unnamed player on the bench). Marko's 17th-minute strike, following a solid shot that ricocheted off the post, gave the B team a lifeline and started a spell of good play.

The highlight of the half came from a fantastic interplay between Christian and Marko, culminating in the B team's well-earned equalizer, making it 2-2. Though the B team continued to threaten in and around the penalty box, they struggled to find a conclusive finish.

After halftime, the B team made a change, with debutant Chris making way for another newcomer, Seb. The game slowed, as both teams became mired in long-ball tactics and midfield battles. A second change saw Sheikh replace Nick, which brought some fresh energy to the side.  However, it took until the 60th minute for the B team to produce something decisive: Rocco had an offside goal ruled out, but shortly after, Marko capitalized on too much space on the right side to score and give the B team a 3-2 lead.

Sadly, the lead lasted only two minutes. A misfortune saw Rocco divert a cross into his own net, leveling the score at 3-3. As the game approached the 70th minute,  and after two more changes, Emmanuel and Emmanuele going in, the intensity increased, with both teams becoming more aggressive and showing signs of fatigue. Kohoutovice was closer to the next goal, with Chingiz saving a few good chances and with luck on our side.

In the dying moments of the match, Kohoutovice managed to capitalize on a counter-attack in the 90th minute, with a beautiful chip over the goalkeeper, Chingiz, sealing a 4-3 victory for the home team.
